Job description:

Ensil Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company with 40+ years of experience supporting mission-critical electronics across defence, aerospace, naval, and other high-reliability sectors. Through electronics repair, reverse engineering, obsolescence management, form-fit-function redesign, and lifecycle sustainment, Ensil supports allied platforms and strategic programs across North America.

Ensil is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Defence, Government & Aerospace to lead and expand its strategic growth across the Canadian defence, government, and aerospace sectors.

This executive role will help shape Ensil’s defence growth strategy and lead engagement with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), Department of National Defence (DND), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), allied government stakeholders, and major defence contractors. The successful candidate will bring deep operational, procurement, and strategic insight into the Canadian defence ecosystem, together with senior-level credibility across government and industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow Ensil’s Defence, Government & Aerospace portfolio
  • Identify, shape, and capture opportunities with CAF, DND, PSPC, and allied procurement organizations
  • Lead major capture strategies across RFI / RFQ / RFP processes
  • Build partnerships with prime contractors, OEMs, and strategic stakeholders
  • Represent Ensil in senior-level industry and government engagements
  • Provide executive leadership for long-term division growth and market positioning

Required Experience

  • Significant senior leadership experience in defence, military, aerospace, government, or federal procurement environments
  • Prior leadership experience within CAF, DND, federal defence procurement organizations, or prime defence contractors
  • Demonstrated success securing defence or government program opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian defence procurement and stakeholder engagement
  • Deep familiarity with defence, military, and aerospace culture

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, engineering degree, or equivalent senior operational experience
  • Experience in mission electronics, aerospace systems, defence sustainment, MRO, or allied capability development
  • Established relationships across Canadian defence, procurement, and allied industry networks

Job description:

Ensil is currently seeking a Senior Electronics Circuit Board Repair Technician with a minimum of Ten (10) years direct experience to Troubleshoot, Repair and Test various Electronic Circuit Boards and Assemblies without schematic down to Components.

Responsibilities:

Repair Electronic Drives, Controllers, PCB Boards, Troubleshoot and Test Electronic Assemblies to the Component Level using various methods and testing equipment.

Repair and/or Replace Electronic Components to Board Level, including but not limited to diagnosing and replacing defective Diodes, Transistors, Resistors, Capacitors, Integrated Circuits, BGA’s, Shorts, Open Circuits, etc.

Job description:

For nearly 40 years Ensil has been dedicated to excellence in the field of Electronics R&D, PCB Design and Integration, PCB Repair and Rework in Industrial, Aerospace, Defence, Robotics and Medical Industries.

As a team member, the Circuit Design Engineer with a minimum 10 years direct experience, is responsible for board level circuit design for various embedded systems. This includes writing design/test documents, identifying requirements, selecting, and sourcing components, schematic entry, PCB layout, performing simulations, board bring-up, debugging and validation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • University degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 10 years of direct experience working on analog and mixed-signal circuits
  • Schematic entry and PCB layout
  • Use of test equipment such as bus analyzers, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, VNA, etc.)
  • Expertise in component research and sourcing

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager who combines strong technical knowledge with proven sales and customer-facing expertise. This role is critical in bridging engineering and customers, understanding complex technical requirements and translating them into tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in electronics or PCB-based products/services, strong relationship-building skills, and a track record of driving revenue in technically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with customers across industrial, aerospace, defence, robotics, and medical sectors
  • Understand customer technical requirements and collaborate closely with engineering teams to propose effective solutions
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and presentations

Essential Qualifications:
